This is sealed item from Samsung electronics, if seal is broken, it is not new item anymore and we cannot sell it for new item.

50% restocking fee
which will be deducted from your refund
due to change of
mind/misreading the specifications or not functioning by buyer’s fault.
* RETURN& WARRANTY
1. Return for refund/replacement of faulty item is acceptable only when contacted within 14 days from the date you received the product, based on the tracking system.

WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE,  WE WILL DO VIDEO-RECORDING FOR THE STATUS OF THIS ITEM, STARTING OPINING OF THE PACKAGE. IF NEEDED, WE WILL REPORT THIS RESULT TO EBAY.
After that, we will contact to Samsung Service in Korea and Samsung Service will decide whether this item is faulty or not.
If item is faulty by Samsung Service, we will reimburse your return shipping fee via PayPal. If item is not faulty by Samsung Service, customer should pay all shipping cost (return shipping fee & round shipping fee).
2. Return/Replacement for a refund or replacement (exchange) will be subject to
50% restocking fee
which will be deducted from your refund for following cases:
A. Change of mind/misreading the specifications or not functioning by buyer’s fault.
B. Item has been opened from sealed box or used, unless the item has been PROVEN defective.
3. We will ask details and pictures of the faulty item to determine the faulty of the product.
4. If the item is faulty you received, then we’ll exchange it for free, or we’ll cover the cost to fix it.
5. All return for a refund/replacement of faulty items must be new condition in their original box including all packing materials.
Refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts.
