    Description

    This listing is for a beautiful and rare Mid-Century Modern winged, pinched neck Ozark Dawn gloss glazed vase. This remarkable piece has a unique design: the base is like a pumpkin, above this is a twisting vine with wings on either side, the neck is pinched with four corners in a star like opening. Niloak produced these pieces immediately after the allied victory in WWII. It is a symbol of their proud triumph snatched from the jaws of near defeat.  The vase measures approximately 6" x 4" x 3 1/2".
